ENROLLMENT

Application For Enrollment

Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child in Kid's Castle Learning Center. Enrolling at Kid's Castle takes three steps:

  1. Tour the castle. Come see it. Meet the team, walk the classrooms, ask us anything.

  2. Submit your application. Fill out our enrollment packet with your child's information, emergency contacts, and health records.

  3. Start date confirmed. We'll walk you through tuition, schedule, and what to pack on day one.

The child will be released only to the Parents/guardians listed above. The child can also be released to the following individuals. as authorized by the person who signs this application Format:(Name/Relationship/Address/Phone Number)

In the event of an emergency, if the parent/guardians cannot be reached, the facility has permission to contact the following individuals Format(Name/Relationship/Address/Phone Number)
